As the Sales Director at AMH Material Handling, my role revolves around implementing innovative solutions and overseeing the entire sales process, from detailed proposals to final execution, always aiming to nurture long-term, valuable client relationships.
A highlight of my work was delivering the P800 Robotic Picking Solution, an autonomous mobile robot (AMR) solution developed in collaboration with our strategic partner, Geek Plus. This large-scale implementation was integrated with other advanced systems, such as the Tote to Person Solution, Conveyor, Labelling, Carton Erecting, and Lidding Machine Solutions. The project, conducted in a live operational environment, required a highly coordinated approach to phase out older technologies while introducing new ones. It was immensely rewarding to see the system go live, with our client reporting a tenfold improvement in efficiency and workflow.
One of the most fulfilling aspects of my role is fostering a sense of pride and ownership within my team. At AMH Material Handling, our friendly and welcoming culture encourages us to always put the customer first. My team remains focused on understanding and delivering client needs, and it’s a source of pride to watch them grow their skillsets and gain a deep understanding of the business.
